You can return the Products purchased from us within 7 days from the delivery
date for exchange or refund.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number must be obtained from

by sending an email to

prior to the return of any merchandise not later then 5 days from the delivery date.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging and without any damage
to hardware or software as the result of accident, abuse, misuse or service by any
other party. Defective purchases returned for replacement will be replaced in a
timely manner with no additional expenses to you.
